Luo Tao, Elina, founder of LCI Lawyers, had studied in University of British Columbia. After return to Macau, Ms. Luo studied at University of Macau, Faculty of Law, and graduated in 2010. Since September of 2009, she had worked at C&C Lawyers until July of 2019.
